Our personal training programs are offered throughout the Boston area including metro west and areas south of Boston. We specialize in one-on-one or group indoor / outdoor boot-camp style workouts; a dynamic physical training program designed for both women and men of all fitness levels. We work with you one-on-one to meet your goals. Helping you stay focused, accountable, and motivated, adding education and fun to your workouts.

We bring all you need for a great workout; resistance bands, medicine balls, weights, cones, and more. Your fitness goals will become realities in a much faster time than regular weight-training or aerobic classes can ever hope to achieve.
We will bring our Boot Camp training to you. Our certified physical trainers will provide a Boot Camp training program customized for the needs of you and your office team. Boot Camp training programs are terrific physical conditioning programs and they increase work place productivity, morale, team work, and decrease sick time. Our boot camps are five weeks; two or three one-hour sessions per week. We will work on total body conditioning, strength, and cardiovascular training using medicine balls, resistance bands, and weighted bars. We bring everything to you.
